Hi! I’m Jenessa. I am here to help you improve your health.

I believe your daily health habits should address your unique needs and be sustainable, effective, and practical for your life. Health habits are small investments in your long term health and happiness. Like any investment, the greatest benefit is the compounding returns of repeating small habits over time. Small changes have the power to transform your health!

This can be achieved without costly specialty Functional Medicine testing, but rather with basic biomarker assessments and a layered approach to changes that serve your needs.

Healthcare providers commonly advise exercise and dietary changes to address any number of health conditions—but often without any clear guidance. I am here to guide and support you with changes that will get results.

Self Health Assessment

We begin by assessing your needs. You share your subjective experience of your health journey in conversation and a symptom-specific questionnaire. I review an extensive selection of current biomarkers for objective information on the state of your health. I use both sources of information to outline top concerns and our order of priorities going forward. You receive a comprehensive guide based on our discussion.

Strategy Sessions

Strategy Sessions are 30-minute sessions for personalized dietary and lifestyle strategies. These sessions provide actionable strategies for improved health with real-world guidance and troubleshooting. For ongoing support, accountability, and lasting change, consider a bundle of Strategy Sessions in 4-Packs or 8-Packs with bundled savings.

State-of-the-Human

This is a comprehensive re-assessment that answers the question “Where am I now?” Repeating symptom questionnaires and testing biomarkers will show us how effective your efforts have been as well as which concerns need the most attention at this point. I recommend repeat assessments after three months of implementing health strategies.

About Me

It took nearly two decades to find answers to my own health issues. I felt lost and misunderstood by a wide variety of healthcare providers. It was when I took a research-based approach to nutritional biochemistry, understanding biomarkers, and changing my diet and daily habits, that I began to thrive.

I earned a master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, trained in health coaching with Precision Nutrition, and continued my education with additional training through Metabolic Fitness. I have served residents of Deschutes County for five years.

I am passionate about using my training and experience to help others through effective and sustainable strategies to improve their health.
